Even though Ferrari has yet to make an official announcement, a low resolution image that was captured from the Italian sports car maker’s official video of the Ferrari California world premier event that took place in Maranello and Los Angeles last week, seems to confirm the rumors that it is readying a track version of F430 Spider. The vehicle appeared only for a few seconds on the background of a Ferrari spokesman but apparently that was more than enough to capture the picture. -Continued Following in the footsteps of the F430 Scudria, the Spider is expected to go under a strict diet loosing any luxuries associated with the standard model. The drop-top Scuderia will also most likely benefit from a more powerful version of the 4.3-liter V8 engine delivering 510 HP, up from 490 HP, along with a revised F1 gearbox that reduces gear change times to 60 milliseconds. Like its coupe sibling, the F430 Scuderia Spider will be produced in a limited number of units
