New Porsche 911 GT3 RS and 911 GT3 Cup Racer Live from Frankfurt
Hardcore fans of Porsche's 911 series received a special treat at this year's Frankfurt Motor Show as the Stuttgart automaker uncovered an array of new models including the second-generation 911 GT3 RS (details here) homologation-special and the factory ready 911 GT3 Cup racing car. The hardest, most track-focused road-going 911 yet, the GT3 RS is fitted with a 3.8-liter flat six churning out 450 horsepower to the rear wheels. The same unit has also been carried over to the 911 GT3 Cup racer that will be delivered to customers as of the end of October. Hit the jump for the full gallery.
